JUNIOR LOOKBOOK® – CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION 2019

Today is no different. JUNIOR LOOKBOOK® has showcased an unforgettable Chinese New Year Fashion Show at the Center Court of Pavilion KL. Selected kids and teens models cat-walked in Kenzo Kids Chinese New Year collection as well as Fendi Kids, Young Versace, Moschino Baby Kid Teen, Aigner Kids, Lanvin Paris, Emilio Pucci Junior, Paul Smith Junior and many other international brands.
The Chinese New Year collections consisting of dragons and lions prints and embroidery perfectly match Pavilion KL’s theme this year which is – A Regal Celebration.
The Chairman of Active Fashion Worldwide Sdn Bhd - Mr Brian John Yim has specially written an original Chinese New Year song, lyrics by Mr. Matthew Benjamin Yoon for this special occasion. The duo sang the new song entitled “Tong Shang Bai Nian” accompanied by the adorable kids models. The shoppers joined in the celebration with loud cheers.
Other highlights of the event were the traditional Lion Dance as well as “Lou Sang” to end the evening’s program. Each of the kids models carried 6 ingredients for the “Lou Sang” to pass to the VIP before pouring into a giant porcelain plate. Each ingredient was specially chosen to represent the following - Forever Youthful, Success, Prosperity, Good Health, Abundance, and Love.
