MALAYSIA FASHION WEEK 2018 - JUNIOR LOOKBOOK PRESENTS EMILIO PUCCI JUNIOR
As we get closer to the upcoming Malaysia Fashion Week 2018, The Fashion House of World-Class Kidswear - JUNIOR LOOKBOOK is getting ready to showcase mini-couture collections of Lanvin Paris, Emilio Pucci Junior, Young Versace and Kenzo Kids.
A story that unfolds season after season and that taps into Emilio Pucci’s most joyous creative elements: a world that is easily and naturally translated into kids’ clothing, bringing a sense of continuity over time for each and every clothing garment.
With its second junior collection, Emilio Pucci looks to the main themes that characterized the women’s ready-to-wear line while designing for little girls and newborns. Great focus was placed on cuts, proportions, patterns and colours—especially with the “Mini Me” theme—that highlight how little girls are finding their own sense of independence, choosing pieces suited to them.
Shades of pink and grey, interrupted by flashes of yellow, lead to a new interpretation of the classics, such as Astana, the most recognizable theme that is at the heart of the Florence-based brand, both in terms of shapes and materials. There are down jackets and coats, shirt dresses and little skirts in fluid viscose twill, nylon, jersey and cotton satin, embellished with printed and ruffled trim.
The romantic “Cinguettio” motif with birds is meant for more elegant pieces and formal occasions. The rhinestone-embellished logo and little hearts used in appliques, embroidery and silk screening bring a bright note to geranium pink fur, sweatshirts, little dresses with flounces and knits with inlay.
The Onix print is lively for everyday use with its bright nuances, highlighting its casual nature, which is perfect for pieces meant for play, often personalized with references to the logo or the bow motif with different techniques and appliques.

The newborn line also interprets iconic themes in pastel nuances, with sizes that range from 3 to 24 months, and a generous selection of accessories for the nursery set. Sleep sacks, blankets, nappy bags, hats and many practical pieces that create a fun kit, the perfect gift for the arrival of a new baby.
